Production Process

Our company follows well managed production process for the betterment of quality of the products in order to satisfy our clients. We ensure that the quality of the product should be optimum and the finished product last long. To accomplish this we follow certain stages in our production process:

Copper C.C.Rod is processed to form copper strip and copper wire. The copper wire is then processed into different SWG copper wires through intermediate drawing.
Copper strips With covering of paper, cotton, nomex, polyester film, fiber glass and varnishing, Copper strips without covering.
Copper Wires with covering of paper, cotton, nomex, polyester film, fiber glass and varnishing.

The standard copper wire rope is covered with paper, cotton, polyester film, nomex and fiber glass yarn.
